Since 2004, my family and I have worked as independent insurance adjusters for
many of the largest insurance companies in America. Unfortunately, we've seen
their unethical ways of operating & now we're only representing the policyholder,
not the insurance company. Many independent adjusters are trained to pay less
than the policyholder deserves. We'll make sure that doesn't happen to you!
In the near future, you'll be meeting with one of our trained & licensed Public
Adjusters. It's important that you are prepared for the meeting. Here are several
things that your adjuster will need from you:
1. Your insurance company name & phone number.
2. Your insurance policy number.
3. Copy of your Declarations Page.
4. Copies of the photos showing the damage.
5. Copies of any repair estimates and/or repair receipts.
6. If this is a supplement claim, we will need your prior adjuster's estimate.
7. Mortgage company name & loan #
If you can prepare those items prior to your meeting, it will help the process move
faster so that you can get a faster settlement from your insurance company.
If possible, please do not discuss your claim with your insurance company,
insurance agent or independent adjuster prior to talking with us. Ultimately, all of
those people work for the insurance company & they may use information
collected against you & may ultimately deny your claim.
